1 CUP SUGAR
1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1 CUP BUTTER (2 STICKS)
1 tsp VANILLA
1 tsp BAKING SODA
1 tsp BAKING POWDER
1/2 tsp SALT
2 CUPS FLOUR
2 CUPS OATMEAL
1 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS

THIS IS THE PERFECT RECIPE TO KEEP RANCH HANDS HAPPY! ALWAYS A WINNER AT MY HOUSE. THE RECIPE IS SIMPLE ITS QUICK AND ITS DELICIOUS.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350* DEGREES.

WHIP YOUR SOFT BUTTER UNTIL SMOOTH, ADD BOTH SUGARS & VANILLA, MIX. THEN ADD YOUR 2 EGGS AND MIX WELL. PUT THE SALT, BAKING SODA, BAKING POWDER, AND 1 CUP FLOUR IN A SEPERATE BOWL AND MIX IT TOGETHER. ADD DRY MIXTURE TO YOUR BOWL AND MIX THEN ADD THE LAST CUP OF FLOUR, MIX. ADD YOUR 2 CUPS OF OATMEAL, MIX. ADD 1 CUP OF CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND GENTLY MIX.  SCOOP ONTO SPRAYED COOKIE SHEET AND COOK FOR 10-15 MINUTES. THE EDGES OF YOUR COOKIES SHOULD BE SLIGHTLY BROWN.
